- Pictures / video of the property.
- Clear Property demarcation (This service does not include locating a site.)

- For fenced plot, option to put a signboard is available. (Signboard and installation charges will be billed extra)

ANNUAL RETAINER SERVICES
- Responding to service calls in a realistic timely manner
- Finding Plumber -procuring materials, solving problem
- Finding Electrician -procuring materials, solving problem
- Finding Carpenter -procuring materials, solving problem
- Finding Painter -procuring materials, solving problem
- Finding Grill/Glass -procuring materials, solving problem
- Following up equipment in Warranty/AMC like pumps, motors, geysers, filters, hobs, chimneys, batteries -to service
* For all above labor & material estimate will be billed separately
Best effort will be made to restore to last known condition
